How It Works?

    1. We handle the setup– A fully styled guestbook setup with custom table decor and graphic signage designed to match your event’s theme will be delivered and assembled.

    2. Your guests drop the love – Throughout the night, your favorite people leave heartfelt, hilarious, and meaningful voicemails you’ll replay forever.

    3. We pack it up – At the end of your event, we return to break down and collect everything. No cleanup, no hassle.

    4. You get the memories – Within just a few days, you will receive a full digital audio compilation of your guest’s messages online, or choose a custom USB, vinyl record, or teddy bear for a forever keepsake.

  • A: Each guest can leave a message up to 60 seconds long — it’s just enough time for the love, the laugh, and the memories. If the love runs a little longer, no worries — they can always pick the phone back up and leave another message. The line’s always open for more love.

  • A: Whatever comes from the heart! It can be a favorite memory, a blessing, something funny, or just love. We also offer signage with prompts to help guide them.

Set Up & Delivery

  • A: Not at all! Whether your setup is local or shipped, the phone arrives fully charged and ready to record — no WiFi or power cords needed. We take care of the full setup locally, and if it’s shipped, everything arrives prepped and easy to use. Just place it on the table and let the love flow. A charger cord is included in every shipped order so you can recharge if needed during extended celebrations.

  • A: Absolutely — your guestbook experience should feel as personal as your story. Each SincerelyUrs lounge is styled within a neutral, elegant palette designed to complement any celebration. From the vintage phone color to curated décor accents, we’ll tailor subtle touches that align with your event’s aesthetic.

  • A: Yes! We provide both local travel services and shipping options to accommodate your event's needs.​

    • A: Your SincerelyUrs lounge is personally delivered and styled on the day of your event — typically a few hours before doors open. Our concierge team completes setup in under an hour, ensuring every detail is flawless and ready before your first guest arrives.

🎧 AUDIO & KEEPSAKES

  • A: You’ll receive your professionally mastered digital audio within 3- 5 business days after your event. For shipped guestbooks, you will receive your audio within 3-5 business days after the phone is returned.

  • A: Always. You’ll receive a professionally mastered digital audio file you can download and save, which will also be available in your client dashboard. You can also upgrade to a USB, vinyl record, plaque or teddy bear audio keepsake for a lasting, physical keepsake.

    You can hold the moment in your hands with a custom USB, a nostalgic vinyl record, or a soft teddy bear that plays the messages back. 📝 Booking & Policies

  • A: We recommend booking as early as possible — especially during peak seasons like prom, graduation, and wedding months. Dates can fill up quickly, and early booking ensures we can lock in your date and get everything just right.

  • A: After booking, you’ll get a confirmation email and a personal follow-up from me to go over the details of your event. Whether you’re local or receiving a shipped guestbook, we’ll lock in everything from your delivery timing to your setup preferences. I’ll stay connected as your date gets closer, so you feel fully supported — and your guestbook arrives exactly how you envisioned.


  • A: Life happens! If you need to cancel, please reach out as soon as possible. In most cases, we can reschedule your date or offer a partial refund, depending on how close it is to your event.


  • A: Yes! If you need your audio keepsake sooner than 3-5 business days, we offer rush editing based on availability. Just let us know ahead of time and we’ll make every effort to accommodate your request.
